You have one month from the delivery date to return an item. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the condition you received it, must be in the original packaging and needs to be accompanied by the original receipt.
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and notify you that we received your item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund on the same method of payment that you used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
If your item was shipped using our Free Shipping option, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs. If you paid for shipping on your original order you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount refunded will be less these shipping costs.

Shipping Processing Times
All online orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Horizon does not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, depending on your location. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery time estimates for your order will be displayed at checkout. All delivery dates provided by Horizon Forest and Garden are only estimates and are subject to change at any time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped – this email will contain a tracking number that allow you to monitor your shipment.
Horizon Forest and Garden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged on arrival please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure to save all packaging materials and all pieces of the shipment before filing a claim.
If your order has not arrived at the scheduled time please contact the carrier with the tacking number given in your confirmation email. We can not assist in tracking a lost or delayed shipment, or help you file a missing package claim. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
All product specifications, pricing and availability on this website are subject to change at any time. Horizon Forest and Garden reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of any product without prior notice.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Horizon Forest and Garden reserves the right to decline or cancel your order.
If your payment has already been processed we will issue a refund for the amount charged.
For every order you agree to pay the price of all products at the time you submit your order, all delivery charges and all applicable taxes.
Horizon Forest and Garden will bill your selected method of payment for these amounts, and by submitting your order you authorize us to do so. You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, fees, duties and other charges which shown at of checkout.
All products sold by Horizon Forest and Garden carry a manufacturer’s warranty and can be serviced or warrantied by any authorized warranty centre across Canada.

Please contact us prior to shipping a product for warranty service so we are aware of all issues, and are prepared to receive the shipment. Ensure that your product is shipped with a shipping method that includes tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
